We do not provide medical advice, healthcare services, or medical opinions.

Healthcare organizations participating in Beyond Before must have the authority to authorize participation on behalf of their practice.

Participants retain ownership of the materials they provide, including:
Participants grant Beyond Before permission to use these materials solely for the purpose of producing the requested Story Reel and as otherwise authorized through signed consent documents.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in the creative production remains with Beyond Before.
Upon completion of the project and fulfillment of the applicable agreement, participating healthcare organizations receive the license described in their Partnership Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, this license permits the clinic to use the approved Story Reel for marketing and promotional purposes, including websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, presentations, and other business communications.
No Story Reel will be published until all required approvals have been obtained in accordance with the applicable agreements and consent documents.
Participants may review their completed Story Reel before publication as described in the project workflow.
Beyond Before respects participant privacy.
Beyond Before will not use a participant's Story Reel for its own portfolio, marketing, demonstrations, presentations, or promotional materials without obtaining the appropriate permission from the participant.
Additional permissions may also be obtained from participating healthcare organizations when appropriate.
Participants and healthcare organizations are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.
Beyond Before is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by participants or clinics.
Beyond Before does not provide:
Any medical questions should be directed to the participant's healthcare provider.
Protecting participant privacy is one of our highest priorities.
Our collection, storage, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable consent documents.
Beyond Before takes reasonable steps to safeguard submitted materials.
However, no internet-based transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
